Fire & Ice Fitness Class

Wednesdays 19.45 - 20.45

Fire is a 30 min high intensity HiiT class, great for fat burning and muscle strengthening.
Ice is a 30 min stretch and balance class, great for increasing range of movement, core strength and relaxation.
You can attend individual sessions or stay for full hour, so excited to be starting this class!

Fire:- 7.45-8.15pm
Ice :- 8.15-8.45pm
£20 for 4 sessions
£25 for 8 sessions (full hour)
£6 per session pay as you go.
